Information about the Return of Quality Soft Toys

In accordance with Ukrainian legislation, quality soft toys are not eligible for return or exchange after purchase. This rule helps ensure the hygienic safety of toys for all our consumers.

At the same time, we understand that sometimes situations arise when a toy may not meet your expectations, even if the product has no defects or damages.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you inspect the soft toy-pillow immediately upon receiving it at the post office. Only in this case, you can arrange for the return of quality goods right at the post office.

Transportation costs for returning quality soft toys, as well as any possible commission associated with the refund, are paid by the buyer.

All purchases in our store are made with full prepayment. This ensures the safety and efficiency of the buying process for both parties.

 

Information about Returning Goods in Case of Incorrect Delivery

A delivery is considered incorrect if:

  • The item received is not of the model ordered;

  • The size of the item does not match what was ordered;

  • The item received is damaged.

In this case, the transportation costs, as well as the costs associated with the refund, are paid by the store.
